Body Ease Staunton offers on-site aquatic therapy. Our multi-depth pool is kept at 92˚F year round. Aquatic therapy allows the therapeutic effects of exercise while:
- Decreasing weight-bearing stress
- Increasing circulation
- Improving balance, and
- Allowing variable resistance
